Lay on your back, with your knees bent and feet flat. 

Activate your inner unit.

Push down through your heels as your lift your hips up off the bed while trying to keep your abdominals and buttocks moving as a single unit.

Be sure not to overarch the low back. Stop if you have any back pain.

Lower down with control.

Repeat as advised by your Revive Health Centres physiotherapist.
